بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
Tafseer (Surah Falaq)
Say: "I seek refuge with (Allah) the Lord of the daybreak, (Al-Falaq 113:1)
"From the evil of what He has created; (Al-Falaq 113:2)
"And from the evil of the darkening (night) as it comes with its darkness; (or the moon as it sets or goes away). (Al-Falaq 113:3)
"And from the evil of the witchcrafts when they blow in the knots, (Al-Falaq 113:4)
"And from the evil of the envier when he envies." (Al-Falaq 113:5)
Bismillah....
This Surah is talking about black magic and envy
- It is also talking about night and day
- I am seeking refuge in Allah
- I seek refuge in Allah (سبحانه وتعالى) who is the lord of the daybreak
- Because the daybreak is when you go seek your
livelihood
- to earn a living
- Allah (سبحانه وتعالى) said I have created the night for you to take rest
- the day is for you to go and seek your livelihood
And have made the night as a covering (through its darkness), (10) And have made the day for livelihood. (11) (An-Naba 78:10-11)
- so, the night is for you to seek comfort
- and the day is for you to earn your livelihood
- so why would you seek refuge from the day?
"From the evil of what He has created; (Al-Falaq 113:2)
-you seek refuge from the evil that Allah (سبحانه وتعالى) has created
-many people are astonished from the Ayah
-that Allah سبحانه
وتعالى has created
evil
-He is with a big H
-you are not allowed to use the big H for any one
other than Allah
-if you use HE to anyone else
-it is Shirk
-the Capital H is talking about Allah (سبحانه وتعالى)
-so, this Sura says Allah سبحانه وتعالى has created Evil
-and you should seek refuge from what He has created
-many are astonished when they read this Surah
-Mutazilites say men create their own actions and that ALLAH سبحانه وتعالى didn’t create any actions
-were a man to rape a woman, he had created his own
action and ALLAH سبحانه وتعالى had nothing to do with it
-the word "Maa" in Surah al-Falaq means
"which"
-the Mu'tazilites says it means "HE did not
create evil"
-that is their Tafseer
-this Aqeeda of the Mu’tazilites is Kufr & Shirk
-because ALLAH سبحانه
وتعالى is the One
& only Creator
-they set other creators besides ALLAH سبحانه وتعالى by saying man creates his own actions
-they have nullified their belief in the Rububiyyah of ALLAH سبحانه وتعالى
O mankind! A similitude has been coined, so listen to it (carefully): Verily! Those on whom you call besides Allah, cannot create (even) a fly, even though they combine together for the purpose. And if the fly snatched away a thing from them, they would have no power to release it from the fly. So weak are (both) the seeker and the sought. (Al-Hajj 22:73)
-were they to put the top scientists in the world in
the best science lab,
-they wouldn’t be able to create a house fly
-we are weak and cannot create a house fly
"While Allah has created you and what you make!" (As-Saffat 37:96)
-the most insignificant creation of ALLAH سبحانه وتعالى is the house fly, yet man cannot create it
-ALLAH سبحانه
وتعالى created us
and our actions [37:96]
-when you get up for Fajr, it is ALLAH سبحانه وتعالى who woke you up
-you shall receive the reward because you chose to
wake up and no one held a gun at your head
-you used your freewill and that is why you will be
rewarded for waking up for Fajr
-ALLAH سبحانه
وتعالى didn’t
create a bad that is 100% evil
-Shaytan is bad and he was created by ALLAH سبحانه وتعالى
-the Shaytan is not 100% bad because he told Abu
Huraira were he to recite Ayatul Kursi on his property,
-no one will steal it while he sleeps
..."He (who came to you at night) told you the truth although he is a liar; and it was Satan." [Sahih Bukhari, Vol 6, Book 61, Hadith #530]
Rasulallah told Abu Huraira that Shaytan spoke the
Truth although he is a compulsive liar
-the heavier the weight, the stronger our muscles will become
Shaytan tempts you to sin but when you resist his temptations, will become stronger
1. I THINK WAS ALLAH CREATES GOOD AND EVIL
2. ALLAH DIDN’T CREATE A BAD THAT IS 100% EVIL
3. ALLAH DIDN’T CREATE A BAD WITHOUT HIKMAH
Abdullah reported that he asked. “O Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), which sin is the gravest (of all)”? He said, “That you create for Allah partners while He has created you.” He asked “What next”? He said, “That you kill your son fearing that he would eat with you.” He asked. “What next”? He said. “That you commit adultery with your neighbour’s wife.” [Tirmidhi 3193, Bukhari 4477, Muslim 86, Abu Dawud 2319, Nisai 4019]
-if a man is in a country where they implement
Shari'ah,
-he can kill his wife were she to be in bed with a
no-mahram man
-but he cannot so anything if he is in a country
where the Shari'ah is not implemented
-we progress in our Imaan when we resist the temptations of Shaytan
Al-Miqdad ibn al-Aswad reported that the Messenger of Allah, (ﷺ), asked his Companions about fornication and they said, "It is unlawful. Allah and His Messenger have made it unlawful." He said, "It is less serious for a man to fornicate with ten women than for him to fornicate with his neighbour's wife."
Then he asked them about stealing. They replied, "It is unlawful. Allah and His Messenger have made it unlawful." He said, "It is less serious for a man to steal from ten houses than it is for him to steal from his neighbour's house." [Al-Adab al-Mufrad Al-Bukhari, #103]
-why did ALLAH (سبحانه
وتعالى) tell you
to seek refuge from the darkness of the night?
-we are to look after our neighbours, and not commit Zina with their spouses
Mujahid reported that a sheep was slaughtered for 'Abdullah ibn 'Amr. He asked his slave, 'Have you given any to our Jewish neighbour? Have you given any to our Jewish neighbour? I heard the Messenger of Allah, (ﷺ), say, 'Jibril kept on recommending that I treat my neighbours well until I thought that he would order me to treat them as my heirs.' [Al-Adab al-Mufrad, Hadith #105]
Why
did ALLAH (سبحانه وتعالى) told you to seek refuge from the darkness of the night?
-because whenever a person is evil and wants to do
haram, he will wait for the night to come down
-a person who is evil wait s for the darkness of the
night to cover his evil
-when a person has no taqwa (fear of Allah) - they
wait for the night to come to dabble in their haram activities
-when a person has no Taqwa, they wait for the night
to come to dabble in haram activities
-whether it is to go buy drugs, to pick up
prostitutes, to kill, etc...
-for you to testify against them in court, it will be
impossible
-your vision was impaired, and you didn’t see anything
Ayshah narrated: Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) looked at the moon and said, “O Ayshah, seek refuge in Allah from the mischief of this, for, it causes darkness when it sets.” [Tirmidhi 3377, Ahmed 24377]
-the night is the best period for the wicked people
to do their haram
-the people who work in ER will tell you they see the
victims of crimes at nighttime
-and that is why we must seek refuge from the darkness
of the night
-we always seek refuge from the people who practice
black magic
-from those that blow upon knots
AYAT 4
وَمِن شَرِّ ٱلنَّفَّـٰثَـٰتِ فِى ٱلْعُقَدِ ٤
"And from the evil of the witchcrafts when they blow in the knots, (Al-Falaq 113:4)
DEFINITION OF MAGIC:
1. ANYTHING THAT HAPPENS IN FRONT OF YOU AND YOU CANNOT EXPLAIN IT
2. SUBDUE THE
JINNS AND USE THEM TO SPREAD MISCHIEF ON THE EARTH
-in order for magic to take place, the contact with
Jinn is needed
-so this is the preferred definition
They followed what the Shayatin (devils) gave out (falsely of the magic) in the lifetime of Sulaiman (Solomon). Sulaiman did not disbelieve, but the Shayatin (devils) disbelieved, teaching men magic and such things that came down at Babylon to the two angels, Harût and Marût, but neither of these two (angels) taught anyone (such things) till they had said, "We are only for trial, so disbelieve not (by learning this magic from us)." And from these (angels) people learn that by which they cause separation between man and his wife, but they could not thus harm anyone except by Allah's Leave. And they learn that which harms them and profits them not. And indeed they knew that the buyers of it (magic) would have no share in the Hereafter. And how bad indeed was that for which they sold their ownselves, if they but knew. (Al-Baqarah 2:102)
-the first-time magic was practiced was at the time
of Sulaiman (as) in Babel (Babylon, Iraq)
-ALLAH (سبحانه
وتعالى) sent Harut
and Marut with this knowledge
-but this knowledge could’ve been either used for
good or for evil
-but the Jews took this knowledge and worked black
magic
-and ALLAH (سبحانه وتعالى) said Sulaiman (as) was not a Kaafir but the Jews in Babel who did magic committed Kufr
...Sulaiman did not disbelieve, but the Shayatin (devils) disbelieved, teaching men magic and such things that came down at Babylon to the two angels, Harût and Marût,.. (Al-Baqarah 2:102)
The Jews wrote books containing magical formulas
-and buried it underneath Suleiman’s temple
-and Sulaiman wasn’t aware of their action
-and buried it underneath Suleiman’s throne
-after Suleiman’s death, the Jews took out the books from underneath his throne and slandered Sulaiman
…but neither of these two (angels) taught anyone (such things) till they had said, "We are only for trial, so disbelieve not (by learning this magic from us)... (Al-Baqarah 2:102)
Indeed, Allah has heard the statement of those (Jews) who say: "Truly, Allah is poor and we are rich!" We shall record what they have said and their killing of the Prophets unjustly, and We shall say: "Taste you the torment of the burning (Fire)." (Aali Imran 3:181)
Saying he practiced magic, their aim was to assassinate
the character of Sulaiman (as)
-and said he wasn’t a real Prophet
-but
ALLAH (سبحانه وتعالى) took it upon HIMSELF to defend Sulaiman (as) in Baqarah:102]
-But Harut & Marut warned the people not to learn
this knowledge
-the Jews used magic to harm the people and didn’t care about the good of it
...And from these (angels) people learn that by which they cause separation between man and his wife, but they could not thus harm anyone except by Allah's Leave...(Al-Baqarah 2:102)
...And they learn that which harms them and profits them not...(Al-Baqarah 2:102)
...And indeed, they knew that the buyers of it (magic) would have no share in the Hereafter. And how bad indeed was that for which they sold their ownselves, if they but knew. (Al-Baqarah 2:102)
-they used the magic to destroy their neighbours and
separate husbands & wives
-when you dabble in black magic, you have sold your
soul
-for magic to take place, you need to dabble in Shirk
-why is it haraam for us to seek the help of Jinn?
-answer: the Jinn do not work for free
-they will ask you to dabble in Shirk and work black magic
THE JINN…
1. THEY WILL NOT
WORK FOR FREE
2. SEEKING HELP
FROM JINN WAS EXCLUSIVE TO SULAIMAN (AS)
-that privilege was only for him
Narrated By Abu Huraira: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "A strong demon from the Jinns came to me yesterday suddenly, so as to spoil my prayer, but Allah enabled me to overpower him, and so I caught him and intended to tie him to one of the pillars of the Mosque so that all of you might see him, but I remembered the invocation of my brother Solomon: 'And grant me a kingdom such as shall not belong to any other after me.' (38.35) so I let him go cursed." [Sahih Bukhari, Vol 4, Book 55, Hadith #634]
-and when you work with Jinn, you have went beyond
bounds
-when you subdue Jinn, it is an act of apostasy
-the Jinn will ask you to sacrifice an animal in
their names
-the scholars have said that when a person sacrifices
in the name of false deities,
-you have committed Shirk Akbar
-this is the Ijma' of the scholars
"He who swears by other than Allah, commits Kufr or Shirk." [Ahmed and others]
Abu Huraira reported that the Prophet (ﷺ), said “Whoever comes to a fortune-teller and believes him has disbelieved in what was revealed to Muhammad (ﷺ)”. [Musnad Ahmad (Vol. 2, pg. 429) No. 9532 and Mustadrak al-Hakim (Vol. 1, pg. 49) No. 15]
Horoscopes (in newspapers, TV, Internet, magazines),
diviners, soothsayers, fortune tellers, palm readers, etc
-all these things are Shirk Akbar
-the moment you believe that a man knows the future,
you have committed Shirk Akbar
-and you have rejected what was revealed to Muhammad
(ﷺ)
-you cannot enjoy the title of being called "Muslim"
Say (O Muhammad ﷺ): "I possess no power of benefit or hurt to myself except as Allah wills. If I had the knowledge of the Ghaib (unseen), I should have secured for myself an abundance of wealth, and no evil should have touched me. I am but a warner, and a bringer of glad tidings unto people who believe." (Al-A'raf 7:188)
SHIA HUJJAH: The Imams have knowledge of the past and future; and nothing is hidden from them. (Al-Kafi vol.1 p.260)
This ayah is for Sufis, Shia and those that claim to
know the future
-the holy book of the Shia is al-Kafi
-this book comes after the Qur'an [for Shia]
-how can you take Deen for Shia? 95% of the Ahadith in al-Kafi are fabricated
CAN
WE SAY "GOOD LUCK" TO A MUSLIM?
-the statement "good luck" is not Shirk if
you believe it was Qadr
-and that luck was written by ALLAH (سبحانه وتعالى)
-but if you do not believe in Qadr then you have committed Shirk
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "That is a word pertaining to truth which a jinn snatches (from the angels) and whispers into the ears of his friend (the soothsayers) who will then mix more than a hundred lies with it.'' [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]
-the Jinn listened to the secret conversations with
ALLAH (سبحانه وتعالى) & His Angels
-and they come back to the palm readers &
soothsayers and tell them
-what they have heard and add a 100 lies to the Truth
-when you see a shooting star, you cannot make a wish believing it will come true
And indeed We have adorned the nearest heaven with lamps, and We have made such lamps (as) missiles to drive away the Shayatin (devils), and have prepared for them the torment of the blazing Fire. (Al-Mulk 67:5)
-the shooting stars are missiles used by ALLAH (سبحانه وتعالى) to kill the Shayateen
-when they come up to listen to the secrets
conversations
-stars are to guide you in darkness
STARS ARE TO
1) GUIDE US AT NIGHT
2) TO BEAUTIFY THE LOWER HEAVEN
3) TO USE THEM AS MISSILES TO BURN UP THE SHAYATEEN
-when they go up to listen to secrets conversation in heaven
“There are four matters of jaahiliyyah that exist among my ummah, and they will not give them up: boasting about one’s forefathers, casting aspersions upon people’s lineages, seeking rain by the stars and wailing for the dead.” [Sahîh Muslim (934)]
-to use them as missiles to burn up the Shayateen
when they go up to listen to secrets conversation in heaven
-to dabble in black magic is Kufr & Shirk
-in some countries such as India, Pakistan,
Bangladesh, and Morocco, they have schools to teach black magic!
-the punishment for the magician is one strike of the sword said Rasulallah (ﷺ)
Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) said: “The hadd (prescribed punishment) for the practitioner of magic is a blow with the sword (i.e., execution). (Narrated by al-Tirmidhi, 1460; al-Daaraqutni, 3/114; al-Haakim, 4/360; al-Bayhaqi, 8/136; see al-Silsilah al-Da’eefah, 3/641, No. 1446)
-when Umar was a Khilafah, he wrote letters to
Makkah, Syria, Palestine, and Egypt,
-saying
to hunt down the magicians and chop off their heads
-why
do we kill magicians?
-answer:
because they cause Muslims to apostate from the Deen
-magic is one of the seven major sins
Stay away from the seven destroyers." They said: O Messenger of Allah ((ﷺ)) and what are they? He said: "Associating with Allah in worship, sorcery, the taking of a life which Allah has sanctified except rightfully, consuming interest, consuming the property of an orphan, fleeing on the day of intense battle and slandering innocent, unknowing, believing women." [Muslim & Bukhari]
On that Allah's Apostle said. ‘Some eloquent speech is as effective as magic.' (Sahih Al-Bukhari, Volume 7, Book 71, Number 662)
-some preach Kufr and Shirk, but because they are
eloquent, they make you believe it
-Hafsa RA had a slave girl that practiced magic
Hafsa ibn Umar Yahya related to me from Malik from Muhammad ibn Abd ar-Rahman ibn Sad ibn Zurara that he had heard that Hafsa, the wife of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, killed one of her slave-girls who had used sorcery against her. She was a mudabbara. Hafsa gave the order, and she was killed. [Malik Muwatta, Book 43, Number 43.19.14]
-and she passed a verdict that the slave girl should
be killed; she was killed by Ibn Umar
-the
kuffaar accuse the prophets of black magic (and not only Sulaiman)
-the Kuffar asked Rasulallah (ﷺ) to show them a miracle
The Hour has drawn near, and the moon has been cleft asunder (the people of Makkah requested Prophet Muhammad SAW to show them a miracle, so he showed them the splitting of the moon). (Al-Qamar 54:1)
During the lifetime of the Prophet (ﷺ) the moon was split into two parts and on that the Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Bear witness (to thus)." [Bukhari, Volume 4, Book 56, Number 830]
Rasulallah (ﷺ) showed them the miracle of
splitting the moon in half [54:1] but they disbelieve
-yet again saying Rasulallah (ﷺ) practiced black magic
-the snakes of the magicians were fake (optical illusion) but the snake of Musa AS was real
WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MU'JIZA & KARAMAAT
-Mu'jiza: the miracle of a Prophet (ﷺ)
-Karamaat: the miracle of a saint
WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MAGIC AND A MIRACLE
-Miracles are from Allah and magic is from Ibliss
-Miracles are useful for humanity
Magic is harmful for humanity
-Miracles are used for people to have faith in ALLAH
(سبحانه وتعالى)
-Magic is for hate and envy
-Miracles take place at the hands of the most pious
of men (Prophets & Saints)
-Magic takes place at the hands of the most evil of mankind
Miracles
are used to magnify & glorify ALLAH (سبحانه
وتعالى)
-"Bi Idhnillah", "Li Wajh Illah"
-Magic is used by the magician to magnify himself
-Fir'awn said he was the lord most high
-because he had magicians with him that magnified & glorified him
Then he gathered his people and cried aloud, (23) Saying: "I am your lord, most high", (24) (An-Nazi'at 79:23-24)
THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MAGIC & TRICKS
-if the person has contacts with Jinn, that is magic
and he must be killed
-but if the person does not have contacts with Jinn, it is classified as tricks and his life is spared.
IS MAGIC REALITY OR FANTASY?
-According to Abu Haneefah, magic is fantasy and
there is no reality to it
-however, Abu Haneefah said the magician should be
killed
-According to the Jamhoor (four Imams), it is a
reality [Jamhoor (majority)]
-According to the Jamhoor (majority), it is a reality
and not a fantasy***
-many couples in the Asian community get divorced because their community is saturated with magic
16 REASONS WHY PEOPLE DABBLE IN BLACK MAGIC:
1. To gain Power
-for you to have supernatural power, you claim to be
divine
-these people have a god-complex
2. To entertain an audience & earn a living
3. To Spare Fitna on Earth
-to dispatch Jinn on people and turn them mad
-Majnoon comes from root word of Jinn
4. Malice & Hatred
-Majnoon: a person who is mad because a Jinn is in him***
5. They envy people for what they have
-the Jews of Madinah envied Rasulallah (ﷺ) for his Deen,
knowledge, and Izzah
-A Jew named Labib found some hair of Rasulallah (ﷺ) on the teeth of his comb
Magic was worked on the Prophet ((ﷺ)) so that he began to fancy that he was doing a thing which he was not actually doing. One day he invoked (Allah) for a long period and then said, "I feel that Allah has inspired me as how to cure myself. Two persons came to me (in my dream) and sat, one by my head and the other by my feet. One of them asked the other, "What is the ailment of this man?" The other replied, 'He has been bewitched" The first asked, 'Who has bewitched him?' The other replied, 'Lubaid bin Al-A'sam.' The first one asked, 'What material has he used?' The other replied, 'A comb, the hair gathered on it, and the outer skin of the pollen of the male date-palm.' The first asked, 'Where is that?' The other replied, 'It is in the well of Dharwan. " So, the Prophet (ﷺ) went out towards the well and then returned and said to me on his return, "Its date-palms (the date-palms near the well) are like the heads of the devils." I asked, "Did you take out those things with which the magic was worked?" He said, "No, for I have been cured by Allah, and I am afraid that this action may spread evil amongst the people." Later on, the well was filled up with earth. (Bukhari, Vol 4, No 490)
-so, he did Sihr on Rasulallah ((ﷺ)) and tied eleven knots and threw it in a well
-the Mu’tazilites have rejected this hadith even
though it is found in Bukhari
-because they say it gives way to the Christians
& Jews to insult Rasulallah
-that it is not befitting on the Izzah of Rasulallah
-the Shia also reject this hadith
-they say you are lying against the Rasul (ﷺ)
-but we say that ALLAH (سبحانه وتعالى) allowed it to happen for us to learn how to cure ourselves
from magic
-they also reject the hadith where Musa (AS) punched
the eye of the angel of death**
-many divorces that take place in the Asian community are due to magic
Ibn Umar (RadiyAllahu Anhu) says that Rasulullah (ﷺ) said: Bury nails, hair, and blood." (Sunan al-Kubra Al-Bayhaqee)
6. To break man from wife
7. To make a woman fall in love with you
It is reported that Nabi (ﷺ) instructed that the hair and nails should be buried and further said: “The sorcery of man will not interfere with it.” (Al-Mughni li Ibne Qudamah, Vol. 1, Page 119)
When you go to a country, you’ll see advertisements in
newspapers: come with us,
-we
will make the prettiest girls fall in you (these ads are in the back of newspapers)
-these are magicians, and they often call themselves sheikhs
8. To win a court case
9. To get a job
10. To heal themselves of ailments
11. To rid loved ones of Jinns
-a sister or brother has a brother, they don’t go a
qualified shaikh,
-they go to magicians who set Jinns upon people, and then charge people to take them off
12. To recover stolen property
-the magician will tell them who stole the property
13. To escape Qadr
-the magician will say: don’t travel on a Thursday, it’s a bad day to travel (example)
14. To solve murder mysteries
15. To find out if your spouse is having an affair
16. To find out whom your enemies are, are they plotting and what their plot is
THE TWELVE SYMPTOMS TO TELL YOU WHEN SOMEONE IS UNDER A SPELL:
1. They talk in their sleep
2. They walk in their sleep
-sometimes
they walk in their sleep and throw themselves off from a twenty-story building
-that is exactly what the shaitan wants
3. He refuses to take a shower
- by the way: it is permissible to divorce a person who has no hygiene
4. He has a huge appetite
- even when his belly is full, he thinks he is starving
5. He hates the Athan
6. He hates the Quran
-he cannot stand to hear the Quran being played
7. He hates salah, he does not pray
8. He utters words of kufr, shirk, and riddah (apostasy)
9. He sleeps a lot and is very lazy
10. He/she has a lot of wet dreams
- because the shaitan who is on them tampers with their private parts
11. They hallucinate a lot
- this is why the Mu’tazilites reject the hadith:
magic was done on the Rasul (ﷺ),
- and he thought he had intercourse when he did not
12. Their voice is opposite to their gender
- this happens when the jinn possession is most severe
- a male would speak with a female voice, vice versa
- Jinns do possess people, you have to believe this, or you are a deviant.
THREE REASONS
1 someone dispatched jinn to you
2 the jinn fall in love with you
3 to spread mischief in the earth
HOW TO CURE SOMEONE WHO IS UNDER A MAGICAL SPELL
SEVEN CURES:
1 RECITE AL-FATIHAH over the person, because surah Fatihah is a cure for all ailments.
فَاتِحَةُ الْكِتَابِ شِفَاءٌ مِنْ كُلِّ دَاءٍ
Abdul Malik bin Amir narrated the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "The Open Chapter (Surah Fatiha) is a cure from every illness." [Sunan al-Darime (2/538) No. 3370 and Shu'ab al-Eman al-Bayhaqi (4/43) No. 2154]
2. RECITE THE 3 QULS
-especially al-Falaq & an-Naas
-Labib ibn Asim worked magic on Rasulallah and he
made eleven knots
-therefore, ALLAH revealed eleven ayahs
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said to me, “Recite Surat Al-Ikhlas and Al-Mu`awwidhatain (Surat Al-Falaq and Surat An-Nas) three times at dawn and dusk. It will suffice you in all respects.” [Abu Dawud and At-Tirmidhi]
3. RECITE AYATUL KURSI
-it protects from the Shaytan
Abu Huraira (RA) reported that Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) said, “If anyone recites in the morning (Al-Quran 40:1-3) and ayat al-kursi (2:255) then he is protected thereby until evening. And, if anyone recites these verses in the evening then he is protected thereby till it is morning.” (Tirmidhi 2888)
4. RECITE AL-BAQARAH 2:285-286
5. RECITE SURAH AL-JINN
6. CALL THE ADHAN FOR THE POSSESSED PERSON TO HEAR
7. TO MAKE THE DU'A: A'UDHUBI KALIMAT ALLAH MIN SHARRI
MA KHALAQ
-""A'udhubi Kalimat ALLAH at-tammat min
sharri ma khalaq
-"I seek refuge in the perfect Words of ALLAH (سبحانه وتعالى)"
-for sisters with Jinn problems, get married and you
will get rid of your Jinn problems
-ALLAH (سبحانه وتعالى) mentioned envy & magic side by side in Surah al-Falaq
Abu Mas’ud Ansari (RA) reported that Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) said, “If anyone recites the two verses at the conclusion of surah al-Baqarah in the night then that enough for him.” [Bukhari 4008, Muslim 808, Ahmed 17067]
-when a person envies you, they do magic on you
-Hasad: when a person sees you enjoying ALLAH's (سبحانه وتعالى) Barakah, he wants it from you
"Do not wish to be like anyone except in two cases. (The first is) A person, whom Allah has given wealth, and he spends it righteously; (the second is) the one whom Allah has given wisdom (the Holy Qur'an) and he acts according to it and teaches it to others." (Fateh-al-Bari page 177 Vol. 1) [Sahih Bukhari]
-another type of envy: when a person sees you
enjoying ALLAH's (سبحانه وتعالى) Barakah,
-he doesn’t want it for himself & he doesn’t want
you to have it
-that is the worst type of envy.
